Chef Manager Opportunity at Summerset Ellerslie

As our Chef Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from resident meals to café offerings, and events such as cultural dinners. You will lead a passionate culinary team that creates high‑quality food while maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook set meals for residents when they cannot dine at the café.
• Create enticing café menus and buffet items that appeal to a wide audience.
• Manage food preparation for special events and celebrations.
• Ensure full compliance with our Food Control Plan.
• Support a culture of warmth, care, and excellence in everything we do.
