You’ll be based in Porirua at one of our fully accredited Cornerstone practices. This is a rare opportunity to provide care to whānau across generations and become part of the whakapapa of this resilient, diverse community.
You’ll work alongside a supportive clinical team including nurses, pharmacists, social workers, health improvement practitioners, and others. Our model is wraparound, well-integrated, and designed to deliver better outcomes for whānau.
