Job Description
What you’ll do :
- Drive sales across our F&B outlets and event spaces, including Harbour Society, HI-SO, and private dining venues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, turning enquiries into memorable experiences.
- Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Host site inspections and build strong client relationships
- Prepare tailored proposals, Event run sheets and coordinate site inspections.
- Collaborate with our culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
