He aha te tūranga - About the role :
The Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) is seeking a Secondary Triage Manager (STM), based in Auckland. This manager will lead a group of Registered Health Practitioners joining our team as Secondary Triage Clinicians, ensuring they are well supported and enabled to deliver secondary triage activities in line with our national strategy and directives.
This position would suit a person who has some knowledge of the IOC Clinical Hub processes, with experience in operational leadership and who is passionate about clinical excellence.

To be successful in this role you must be able to actively promote clinical excellence through the maintenance of your own clinical skills and be a strong people leader. You will be part of the management for performance and development within the Secondary Triage team.
