Clinical Client Services Manager

Full-time nursing manager to lead and inspire our community-based nursing team, delivering high-quality care under ACC, MOH, and other contracts.

Job Overview

Care on Call (NZ) Limited, along with Florence Nightingale Agency, is a well-established, reputable provider of healthcare and specialist nursing services throughout the country. Our clinical team is seeking a Clinical Client Services Manager to join us and be part of making a difference in others' lives!

Our successful applicant will :

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or team management.
• Community or homecare nursing experience preferred.
• InterRAI trained (or willing to train promptly).
• A compassionate team player with a drive to do what’s right.
• Ideally based in the North Island – but we’re flexible.

Responsibilities

The role will include oversight and support of our clinical team, operational running of the clinical team, management of complex clients, relationships with funders, business growth, and development. You will partner with another Clinical Client Services Manager and will report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a full-time role with national reach, grounded in local communities.
