About The Role

Three-month, immediate start contract.

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help drive product-led growth and top-of-funnel user acquisition. You’ll be experimenting with organic strategies, testing paid campaigns with small budgets, and optimising the conversion journey from attracting visitors to turning them into engaged users.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team (San Francisco based) to innovate and execute growth tactics quickly. This is a role for a self-starter who loves to experiment, learn fast, and make a measurable impact.

• Drive organic user acquisition and test creative, cost-effective growth tactics.
• Launch and optimise small paid campaigns.
• Review and refine the website to increase visitor-to-signup conversion.
• Build and execute marketing experiments that fuel viral and product-led growth.
• Work across multiple channels — from partnerships to content to performance ads.
• Help set up lightweight systems (e.g., HubSpot) if needed to track and scale results
