We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our digital presence and connect with more awesome customers around the country.About the Role : You'll be joining a small, busy marketing team where no two days are the same.
You'll manage a range of digital marketing activities, from social media and digital advertising to email campaigns and content creation — bringing variety and plenty of opportunities to flex your skills.We're after someone who's organised, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
You'll have solid foundations to build on, but plenty of scope to bring your own ideas and creativity to the role.If you love crafting engaging content, diving into campaign results, enjoy working across a broad mix of digital marketing tasks, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
Running our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and keeping our community buzzing
Creating engaging content — from posts to videos to EDMs — that looks good and drives results.
Setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns and digital advertising assets.
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance (so we can celebrate the wins and tweak what's needed).
Managing Hirepool's social media influencers and sponsorships / partnerships to boost brand reach and engagement
Updating website content, including news stories and image updates
Supporting SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic.
Assisting with general design work (social media graphics, website assets, campaign materials)
Working with our awesome internal teams and external partners to deliver top-notch campaigns.
Drive continuous improvements in the customer digital experience across Hirepool's platforms.
What you'll bring to the team
2-4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, or a similar role.
Solid social media and digital ad skills (and you know your way around Meta Ads Manager)
A creative eye for good content and strong copywriting abilities
Experience working with social media influencers and managing partnerships
Strong organisational skills (you love a good plan and can juggle multiple projects)
Proactive and adaptable — comfortable working with changing priorities
Proficient with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, EDM platforms (Mailchimp), Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Website CMS.
