Ehara i te toa takitahi(success is not achieved alone) - you will be joining a collaborative, innovative and driven team.About the role | He Aha Te TurangaThis is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as Campaign Marketing Specialist.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand, Sponsorship & Communications Senior Manager in the coordination and execution of :Compelling marketing communications to build brand awareness and consideration of nib to support growth across nib channels .Market leading member communications across the member journey to improve engagement and retention that result in positive member outcomes and achieve our NPS targets.Responsibilities extend throughout the marketing portfolio, including coordinating marketing activity and execution with external agencies (Creative, PR, media, fulfilment houses), liaising with internal stakeholders, campaign cost management, reporting day-to-day optimisation of marketing activities to maximise return on investment.About you | Ko Wai KoeIdeally, you have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field, along with 5+ years' experience in a similar role.To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience in coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and working closely with external agencies such as creative, PR, and fulfilment partners.You'll be confident managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard.
Your ability to craft clear, engaging messaging and optimise marketing activities based on performance data will be essential in achieving strong ROI and supporting our NPS targets.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about customer-centric marketing.
You'll be comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, managing campaign costs, and reporting on performance.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in improving member experiences will set you apart.Furthermore, we're looking for :
