At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to empowering whanau to thrive.We're looking for a creative and values-driven Communications and Marketing Specialist to lead the delivery of bold, engaging digital content across the Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa Group.This is a design-forward, digitally focused role, where you'll bring our stories to life through visual storytelling, campaigns, and digital communications that reflect the heart of our mahi in health, disability, and social services.

In this role, you will : Lead the development and delivery of digital communication strategies across our GroupDesign and produce compelling visual content – graphics, videos, infographics and moreManage and optimise digital platforms including websites, SEO, email marketing, and social mediaCraft tailored communications for both internal and external audiencesProvide mentoring and support to kaimahi involved in campaigns and brand initiativesEnsure brand consistency and explore new ways to enhance visibility using emerging digital trendsThis is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours / week, Monday to Friday) based at either our Lambie Drive (South Auckland) or Pacific Rise (Mount Wellington) office.You're a creative communicator who's motivated by purpose and connection.

You bring a strong design eye, digital know-how, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content.

You'll thrive in this role if you have : 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or digital mediaA relevant tertiary qualificationProven skills in content creation and campaign delivery across multiple platformsConfidence writing for different audiences and using design to make ideas resonateThe ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teamsA proactive and organised approach to managing deadlines and prioritiesA full NZ driver's license and legal right to work in AotearoaAt Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa, you'll be part of a supportive and inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued, and your growth is encouraged.
