Jetconnect is a 100% owned subsidiary of Qantas, located in Auckland with crew bases in both Auckland and Wellington. We employ more than 650 people across New Zealand to provide Cabin Crew, Pilots, and other aviation services to the Qantas Group.

Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead the Cabin Crew recruitment process. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from scheduling interviews to orchestrating assessment centres, preparing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your proactive approach will drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and grow expertise in volume recruitment within a dynamic industry.
• Deliver an outstanding stakeholder experience for Cabin Crew.
• Manage scheduling of interviews and assessment centres.
• Coordinate logistics for recruitment and interview days.
• Take ownership of the offer process : prepare, issue contracts, communicate details, and onboard new hires.
