About The Role
This is a temporary role through March
Manage group travel reservations and service bookings for tours across New Zealand.
Handle reservations, service bookings, quotations, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle invoicing, amendments, and finalizing tour itineraries.
Liaise with suppliers, guides, and tour leaders to ensure smooth operations.
Provide exceptional service and support to travel agents and clients.
About You
Experience in group travel operations.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand as a tourism destination.
Experience with Tourplan or similar platforms is required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and tour leaders.
Detail-oriented, strong administrative and problem-solving abilities.
Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and sound decision-making.
