Join our Active Modes team as a School Travel Coordinator, where every day brings the chance to make a real difference in how Auckland's children travel to school.
In this dynamic role, you'll :
Deliver the Travelwise Schools Programme across Auckland.
Collaborate with schools, whanau, volunteers, and NZ Police to promote active travel and improve road safety.
Support initiatives like Walking School Buses, scooter and cycle safety, and student-led campaigns.
Apply your expertise to help shape infrastructure and service improvements around schools.
We're looking for someone with :
A qualification, and at least two years relevant experience, in education, community engagement, communications, psychology, or event management.
Experience in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and working with diverse communities.
Knowledge of Te Reo Maori and Tikanga is a plus.
