The role

The Senior Customer Contracts Advisor leads the scoping, contracting and delivery of complex customer‑initiated electricity and gas projects, ensuring alignment with commercial and technical standards. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance on legal, contractual, and technical matters to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑value customer projects from initiation to completion
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure fit‑for‑purpose, compliant solutions
• Provide ongoing support across legal, contractual, and coordination challenges
• Act as a key escalation point, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure risk mitigation actions
• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to meet project objectives
• Support continuous improvement and mentor other team members as required
