This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the GM of Sales.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities across key trade lanes, with a strong focus on creating new client relationships whilst maintaining and growing existing accounts.

You will drive partnership discussions, develop tailored customer solutions, and deliver revenue growth through strategic, solution-based selling.This opportunity is ideal for a driven and customer focused Supply Chain professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong customer partnerships, and turning market insights into measurable results.In this role, you will : Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain business across key trade lanes.Drive customer development through sales at both origin and destination points.Create and execute a comprehensive route plan to identify top regional and industry opportunities.Collaborate with procurement teams for all modes of transport across pricing and costing strategies.Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision makers at all levels including shipping lines, carriers, product management and overseas offices within the trade lane.Develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements, with a focus on value creation.What you'll bringProven experience in Sales within the Supply Chain or Freight Forwarding industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.A proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for delivering results.Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Option to purchase additional leaveA collection of health, wealth and lifestyle services and discountsSouthern Cross Health Society – Health Insurance DiscountBe part of a fast-moving industry with boundless opportunities for success!
