Job Description

As a Trading Manager, you will oversee all shop-floor activities, including SWAS, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and the Price Integrity function.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Manager's Trading Plan is executed, and pricing integrity and product availability meet expectations. You will also recruit, lead, coach, and motivate your team to thrive, enjoy their work, and achieve excellent results.

You will be the key to creating an engaging store environment that delivers a great customer experience!

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be able to interpret and execute plans, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have proven leadership experience.
