We’re on the hunt for a Trade Account Manager Support superstar to join our Albany team. Think of yourself as the engine room – keeping our Account Managers at the top of their game and making sure our trade customers get top-notch service, every time.

About the Company At Riviera Hardware Holdings Ltd, we’re the biggest group in the Mitre 10 network, proudly Kiwi-owned and operated, with five Mitre 10 MEGA stores across Auckland’s North Shore. We also operate Columbus Coffee cafés, a Distribution Centre, and our own Frame & Truss Manufacturing Plant. Albany is our flagship store and the largest hardware store in NZ, featuring a Columbus Café, full trade offer, garden centre, and drive-thru in a high-energy, high-volume environment.

About the Role

This is a busy, high-pressure, Monday–Friday role where you’ll be quoting, solving delivery puzzles, and organising transport direct-to-site. You’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps everything running like clockwork.

Your Day-to-Day

• Build strong relationships with trade customers
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Keep projects on track and Account Managers updated
• Organise deliveries to site and manage logistics challenges
• Keep data squeaky-clean and processes sharp
• Back up your team with service that’s second-to-none
