Property Projects Coordinator

This is a great, in-office opportunity for a motivated professional who is interested in progressing their career in the property sector. Support a busy team of senior leaders, with this reputable commercial organisation.

Duties Include

• Provide support to on-going asset management and property-based projects
• Assist with preparation of applications and submissions, general office management
• Assist with financial administration, BWOF compliance and file management
• Coordinate inductions, inspections, events and meetings, as well as maintenance
• Assist with project related presentations, minute taking and managing actions

This is an excellent role for an experienced property manager looking for a change of pace, or an experienced administrator who has a passion for and experience in the property sector.
