You work on the program level usually reporting directly to the steering group and are the person who plans the program QA and test strategy and supervise implementing it.

You have experience with coaching, supervision of Test Professionals and various test methods and test organizations.

You are very knowledgeable in quality engineering and different supporting technologies.

In addition, you understand the big picture of testing and quality assurance and are able to innovatively improve client's processes and methods linked to your area of responsibility.
