Base pay range : NZ$100,000.00 / yr - NZ$160,000.00 / yr

Overview

As a Principal Consultant within the Professional Services team, you will contribute to performance testing engagements and drive modern performance engineering thinking and practice with clients. You may be a member of a performance engineering team or lead the team depending on the engagement. You will create and optimize performance test scripts and ensure testing fits into the wider QA strategy.

Responsibilities

• Implement, improve and augment performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, Load Runner, GraphQL, and similar.
• Create and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium, Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, Playwright, and related tools.
• Lead or contribute to performance testing engagements across web and API testing, and drive optimization.
• Demonstrate strong experience in enabling teams to deliver performance testing within a broader QA program.
