Senior Automation Tester

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the quality of their front-end applications through thoughtful test design, automation, and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Test Design : Take initiative in thinking critically and laterally about test strategies to mitigate project risks and uncover vulnerabilities beyond business requirements.
• Automation & Collaboration : Work closely with BAs and developers to create automated checks using existing tools and frameworks.
• Agile Team Engagement : Collaborate with your agile team to build a shared understanding of business requirements and underlying systems.
• Defect Communication : Clearly communicate defects and issues to both the business and your agile team.
• User Experience Focus : Contribute to a shared goal of delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Agile Ceremonies : Actively participate in stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and demos. Support your team with non-testing tasks to help meet delivery goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Apply modern testing principles and stay up to date with new technologies and agile practices. Share insights and innovations with your team and the wider Digital & Applications group.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain timely and effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
