Are you ready to lead the technical charge across Chorus’ Salesforce ecosystem? We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive innovation, mentor a talented team, and deliver robust, scalable solutions that power our business outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you’ll :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions within an Agile Squad.
• Champion DevOps principles, automating testing and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage secure integrations.
• Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features and industry trends.
• Drive UI automation using your strong Java skills.
• Manage Salesforce releases and operational tasks,
• Continuously improve processes and elevate the Salesforce experience for our Business teams.

This opportunity combines leadership, hands‑on technical development, and a strong focus on operational excellence, offering you a chance to make a significant impact across our Salesforce ecosystem.
