The BusinessOne of NZ's largest & well-known commercial property & funds management businesses, with properties located across all major cities in NZ.

The key specialisations in the business cover : capital raising, asset & property management & structuring property funds.The RoleThe Head of Finance will lead a team of 7 and be responsible for all financial reporting and analysis for both property and funds areas of the business.

This will cover internal and external reporting, financial strategy, commercial insights, forecasting, compliance and treasury.Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited ToSupport the Exec team with financial analysis and the development of the financial strategyOversee the preparation of financial statements, monthly management accounts and board reportingExecute investor payments and key point of contact for the external investorsLead the cash flow forecasting across the GroupFinancial forecasting and long-range planningEnsure all tax compliance obligations are met and oversee the company payrollYour profileCA / CPA (or equivalent) qualified with 5+ years in a leadership roleExperience in a Property or Financial Services business is desirable but not essentialStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence exec stakeholdersTo be considered for this position, submit your CV.
