Mohawk Flooring Oceania is looking for a strategic legal leader to join our Senior Management Team. As General Counsel and Company Secretary, you’ll play a critical role in guiding our legal, governance, and compliance activities across Australia and New Zealand. This role can be based in Auckland, New Zealand or Geelong, Australia.

About the Role

Lead legal strategy and risk management. Oversee corporate governance and statutory compliance. Advise senior leadership and other management on legal matters, including contractual matters, regulatory compliance and disputes. Champion safety, ethics, sustainability and regulatory compliance.
