Job Description : As Food & Beverage Master, you will be the face of our TRIBE revolution : a blend of elegance, innovation, and passion. Your Key Missions :

• Daily operations management : Oversee hotel operations, ensuring efficient processes and quality control.
• Strategic F&B management : Develop strategies to enhance culinary & service experience and profitability.
• Staff supervision : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Cost control and budget management : Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
• Customer relationship development : Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
• Interdepartmental collaboration : Ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless)
