Job Description

Your Key Missions

  • Daily operations – Elevate dining experiences with your personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
  • When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines. Your approach is a testament to your problem-solving abilities and unwavering positivity
  • Customer relationship development : Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback
  • Interdepartmental collaboration : Ensure a consistent customer experience

Qualifications

  • Restaurateur at heart
  • Quality-oriented
  • Experience is highly desirable
  • Good level of English
  • Hold full working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
  • Willing to learn and grow across hotel departments, with a strong interest in mastering roles such as Front Office operations
