Job Description
This role blends relationship‑building with digital fluency to strengthen alumni engagement. The incumbent will map alumni connectivity pathways, identify meaningful engagement opportunities, and use insights from data and networks to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and self‑sustaining alumni community. They will curate experiences both digital and in‑person that keep alumni connected, informed, and engaged.
- Lead the integration and optimization of alumni digital touchpoints across Salesforce, LinkedIn and ACP.
- Develop dashboards and insights to track engagement trends and recommend improvements.
- Identify emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to alumni relations and propose pilot initiatives.
- Curate digital spaces and initiatives that encourage alumni interaction, sharing and recognition.
- Translate community insights into actionable engagement plans that combine digital and in‑person experiences.
- Support cross‑border collaborations with global alumni representatives and alumni community initiatives.
- Analyze participation trends and feedback to identify under‑engaged alumni segments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or any related field, with at least 5–8 years (Manager) / 8–12 years (Assistant Senior Manager) of working experience.Experienced in alumni relations, stakeholder management, partnership development or community management.Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.Analytical and yet people‑focused mindset; able to see patterns of connection across networks.Versatile, resourceful and comfortable working across diverse audiences and support ad‑hoc projects.(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
