Position Overview

We are hiring a lead analyst for our DNA management (Data Ops) department that helps all teams in Data analytics and AI with compliance, governance, self‑assessments, audits, policy, process and automation areas of work.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Data Management and Governance

  • Engage with stakeholders to define and refine problem statements based on business needs
  • Translate business requirements into data / analytics solutions
  • Track and monitor KPIs of data strategies and related programmes
  • Lead data governance implementation and maintenance
  • Establish data classification and handling procedures

2. Policy and Compliance Management

  • Transform policy requirements into actionable processes
  • Validate and maintain SOPs aligned with compliance objectives
  • Conduct systematic policy reviews and updates
  • Drive compliance training initiatives for teams
  • Establish security baseline standards for systems and applications
  • Implement security best practices for data storage and transmission
  • 3. Security and Operations

  • Implement and monitor security controls across cloud platforms
  • Define and enforce data access control policies
  • Support data operations team in reviewing safeguard processes
  • Manage projects that enhance data usability and protection
  • Monitor and improve operational processes
  • 4. Audit and Compliance

  • Provide audit support and address RFI enquiries
  • Support self‑assessments of systems against policies
  • Coordinate third‑party security assessments
  • Assist with operational and technical compliance checklists
  • Perform regular compliance gap analysis
  • Lead remediation efforts for identified gaps
  • Establish compliance monitoring and reporting frameworks
  • Report timely on achievements, issues, and progress
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security and compliance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Informatics, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant fields
  • Proven expertise in policy implementation and compliance frameworks, with preference for Healthcare and Government project experience
  • Experience in healthcare systems security, data protection, and privacy regulations is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, security controls, and data‑driven technologies
  • Professional certifications in IT security or compliance would be good to have
  • Knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud environments and cloud security architecture is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical subjects for various stakeholders
  • Experience in managing large‑scale data‑driven initiatives and analytics solutions
  • Self‑motivated and demonstrates ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage concurrent workstreams
