ResponsibilitiesWhat you\'ll do : Lead the development and execution of our continuous improvement (CI) strategy across the Chelsea site.

Day-to-day, you\'ll : Establish a site-wide CI framework and deliver improvement programs aligned to business goals.Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and lift performance.Implement CI tools and the principles of lean manufacturing across teams.Coach and build CI capability across all levels of the business - from the frontline to the Chelsea leadership team.Track and report on CI performance, embedding sustainable improvements that make a real impact on our people, performance, and profitability.QualificationsWhat you\'ll bring : You'll be a natural collaborator and influencer who can engage others in the journey of continuous improvement.

You\'ll also bring : 5+ years\' experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing, ideally food or beverage.Proven success leading and delivering CI or operational excellence programs.Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen tools and methodologies.Experience in leading cross-functional projects with tangible cost, quality, and efficiency outcomes.Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and communicate impact.A coaching mindset and a passion for developing others balanced with the willingness to get "hands on"Some exposure to Engineering or Process Engineering would be advantageous.Why NZ Sugar?
