Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Technical Analyst (Lead Application Specialist) to join our Enterprise Hub and take ownership of key platforms that support our banking environment—today and into the future. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are secure, stable, and scalable, while supporting delivery and innovation across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of enterprise applications and platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- Monitor and improve the digital employee experience using tools such as Nexthink, analysing sentiment and performance data to proactively resolve issues
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that automate routine tasks and support strategic outcomes using existing tools including ServiceNow and Co-Pilot Studio
- Collaborate with IT teams across the Enterprise Hub to optimise the digital environment
- Lead technical analysis, design, and integration efforts across complex systems with multiple dependencies
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and proactive monitoring capabilities
- Provide hands-on support and training for ServiceNow, NexThink and our AI tools
