Financial Services Industry9-12 Month ContractAuckland CBD - 3 days in officeWe’re on the lookout for a Business Process Transformation Specialist for a leading organisation in the financial services industry. This is a 9 - 12 month contract (with potential for extension), supporting a newly stood up Process Improvement team working on a technology modernisation and transformation project. The sucessful candidate will bring experience using Lean Six Sigma methodology in a similar industry / environment.
What you’ll be doing :
- Analyse, map and re-design end-to-end business processes, not just the tech – people, process, automation, and everything in between
- Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements
- Work in an Agile environment, supporting transformation initiatives that span systems, processes, and teams
- Build business cases, quantify benefits, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption
- Use tools like Signavio (for process mapping) and Microsoft data tools to bring improvements to life
What we’re looking for :
- Strong experience specialising in business improvement / process transformation over and above as part of a standard business analyst / tech business analyst position
- Skilled in Lean Six Sigma methodologies – able to bring structure and rigour to change
- Experience working in Agile environments – comfortable working iteratively and collaboratively
- Excellent stakeholder engagement – able to simplify complexity and influence decision-making
- Someone who can jump in fast and add value immediately
