In This Role, You Will

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed change strategies

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Mentor consultants and contribute to internal capability building

Support presales activities and contribute to solution design

Workshop outcomes with customers acting as a lead consultant when required

Produce proposals for customers with associated high-level costing

Capture requirements through "value chain modelling" and other industry techniques

Produce business insights and consult with business / executive stakeholders unlocking business and change opportunity

Collaborate to bring together business change concepts with delivery technical teams / consultants representing high value to the customer

What You'll Bring

At least 5-7 years of experience in OCM consulting, SI consulting, leading consulting projects, and / or leading business readiness / change management engagements

Strong understanding of change management methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

OCM certification from a recognised institution

Ability to influence and lead change at all levels
