The role includes designing and executing change strategies, supporting communication and training efforts, and contributing to user adoption for key SAP modules such as Procurement, Supply Chain, or Maintenance.This role is based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-impact projects within the People Consulting team, focusing on Change and SAP transformation initiatives for clients.Apply your expertise to deliver complex change initiatives across a variety of sectors, supporting organisations as they navigate transformation and adopt new ways of working.Lead the implementation of change strategies by developing actionable recommendations, preparing high-quality reports and presentations, and providing practical advice to both internal and external stakeholders on change and learning initiatives.Contribute actively to EY's Change and Learning Community by fostering an inclusive, supportive team culture and collaborating as part of a high-performing, purpose-driven team that values continuous learning and diverse perspectives.Minimum 3 years experience delivering end-to-end change management on large-scale SAP programs, with a focus on enabling workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeing.Strong expertise in SAP functional areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain, or Maintenance, with a track record of successfully leading change efforts in one or more of these modules.Skilled in using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform change strategies, with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility with client stakeholders.Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below : Experience working in large or matrix organisations, with exposure to HR systems or technologies.
