Accor's Auckland CP Hotels portfolio is seeking a passionate Cluster Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales to drive revenue and strengthen relationships with key corporate and government clients.
Represent some of Auckland's leading hotels including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, Novotel Ellerslie, and more.
Responsibilities
Prospect, secure, and grow corporate and government accounts
Lead RFPs / RFIs and provide rate guidance to hotel teams
Conduct account reviews and performance analysis
Represent our hotels at networking events, site visits, and industry forums
Deliver market insights to shape sales strategy
Partner with hotel sales & revenue teams to drive conversion and client satisfaction
Qualifications
What you bring
3+ years of hotel sales experience with a focus on corporate accounts
Strong knowledge of the Auckland corporate market and existing connections
A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and resilience in proactive calling
Confidence with Microsoft Office, Opera, Cvent, and CRM systems
A motivated, energetic, and commercially minded approach
Must have rights to work in New Zealand
