You\'ll work closely with Product Managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and deliver real value.You Will Focus OnCreating effective communication and relationship-building with stakeholders across the UniversityGathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements for digital solutionsFacilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations with senior stakeholdersSupporting the development and delivery of product roadmaps, business cases, and process modelsChampioning continuous improvement, simplification, and DevSecOps practicesMou | Who You AreYou will have at least 10 years\' experience as a Business Analyst in IT with a commercial or private sector, hold a Bachelor\'s degree (NZQA Level 7) in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.You Will Also Be Able To DemonstrateStrong technical background and ability to lead technical teamsProven expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, data modelling, and process mappingExperience delivering digital solutions and developing business rules / policiesSkilled facilitator of large meetings and workshops with senior stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring of other BAsFamiliarity with Agile and Lean methodologiesExcellent communication, documentation, and organisational skillsAn alignment with our organisation\'s values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environmentMahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work WithBuilding world-class digital capability is crucial to the University of Canterbury\'s ongoing success.
