Business Analyst (AI Projects)

We build the intelligence layer for business : AI agents and AI first operating systems that turn messy, real-world processes into measurable outcomes. Recent work includes an AI-first operating system for residential construction, compliance & advisory tools for financial services, voice agents for customer service, and municipality cost-reduction plays.

The Role

Join us as a business analyst specialising in agentic intelligence projects. You'll take full ownership : client-facing to gather and vibe with their needs, rapidly prototyping via code to test concepts, and guiding development teams to build scalable solutions. We prioritise individuals with strong empathy, analytical chops, and a knack for turning complex requirements into elegant AI systems. This role offers fast-paced cycles, ownership from day one, and direct input from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI projects across a range of different verticals.
• Be the primary client interface : listen actively, map needs to features, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Build code-based prototypes and validate workflows before full development.
• Direct dev teams by crafting clear specs, prioritising tasks, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Evaluate agent performance through evals, data analysis, and integration testing for reliable outcomes.
• Bridge gaps between business stakeholders, third-party APIs, and internal tech stacks.
• Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices, mentoring, and evolving our project management approaches.
