Aboutthe Team :

TheTechnology Group is responsible for the effective delivery, management andservices of all technology disciplines within the air navigation servicesenvironment - engineering design, software design and development, technologyarchitecture and infrastructure, asset management, installation andmaintenance, technical training, workload planning, maintenance programdevelopment, project management, and logistics support.

The BusinessSupport Group is responsible for the provision of administrative, programadministrator and reception support to key management positions and teamsacross Airways.

About theRole :

Due to internal mobility, we havean opportunity for someone to step into the Technology Group Business Supportrole (prior known as Technology Administrator) on a permanent full-time basisat our Christchurch campus.

Reportingto the Senior EA Technology, you’ll provide business support for the TechnologyGroup. This role also provides reception cover on a rostered basis andcontributes to Airways wider Business Support Group.

Keyresponsibilities :

• Providing high qualityadministrative support for managers, staff and visitors of Airways, includingtravel bookings, meeting arrangements, minutes, printing, document collation,courier / mailing, and stationery.
• Supporting the administration ofour Learning Management System.
• Providing technology support forthe business team in key Microsoft 365 tools (such as Word, Excel, PPT,SharePoint and Teams), core administrative processes (such as financeprocessing in Dynamics and TGAir purchase orders and invoicing) and documentmanagement.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Managing one-off projects andevents.
• Providing cover for the SeniorExecutive Assistant during periods of leave.
• Onboarding new staff andcontractors e.g. project managers, and also supporting with offboarding whenrequired.
• Completing travel and financialadministration and associated tasks for the Technology Group.
• Processing monthlytimesheets / invoices for all Project Managers and associated project delivery& project staff.
