Technical Claims Consultant

About the Role :

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and complex commercial property claims, including material damage, business interruption, and engineering claims. Working predominantly within the broker-intermediated market, you will ensure claims are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with best practice and delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage claims with a technical, solutions-focused approach in accordance with best practice guidelines.
• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are well managed and outcomes are delivered.
• Foster collaborative internal and external partnerships to support successful claim resolution.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery.
