We're seeking a driven and dynamic Stormwater Business Development Engineer to lead innovation and growth in stormwater treatment solutions across the North Island.

About the Role This is a strategic technical sales position focused on improving water quality outcomes through engineered stormwater solutions.

You'll work closely with consultants, councils, and industry stakeholders to develop and promote cutting-edge products that support cleaner, healthier waterways.

Key Responsibilities : Drive business development across the northern region, supporting a network of 20+ branches.

Build strong relationships with consultants, regulators, and specifiers.

Provide technical support and develop engineered solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage a robust sales pipeline and contribute to product specification and approval.

Represent the business at industry events and innovation forums.

Collaborate with a national engineering team at the forefront of sustainable infrastructure.

What You'll Bring 5+ years' experience in technical sales or consulting within the construction or environmental sector.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Environmental Science.

Proven track record in sales and business development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Passion for environmental sustainability and water quality.

CAD experience is a bonus but not essential.
