This pivotal role supports the smooth delivery of community nursing services across our region, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality care in their homes. Working within a dynamic call management environment, the DN Scheduler is responsible for coordinating nursing visits, managing referrals, and supporting efficient service delivery.
As the central connector between our district nursing team and clients, this role ensures that care is well-planned, responsive, and aligned with each person\'s needs. It plays a vital part in empowering people to live independently and with dignity, while also upholding service quality and equity across our communities.
