As a Marketing Manager here at AA Insurance, you'll take the lead in shaping and delivering our go-to-market strategy for lead nurture, acquisition, and onboarding. You'll bring your extensive experience in direct and digital marketing to life by owning the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and deepen customer engagement.
We're looking for a confident, proactive marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven success leading complex campaigns across a range of marketing channels. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to create cohesive, customer-first marketing campaigns that support retention, acquisition, and cross-sell objectives.
Your ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans, alongside your strong project management skills, will be key in driving continuous improvement across your portfolio. This role also involves leading cross-organisational initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
