Marketing Manager - In-Store Customer Experience
Deliver and optimise our in-store marketing strategy, providing customers with a world‑class experience. Partner with peers across the business and our external vendors. The role includes 12‑month parental leave cover and is a hybrid role based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to plan, develop & manage the activation and execution of all marketing campaigns in our stores. Partner closely with internal stakeholders across the Group (including WW Australia, Operations, Store Design and Equipment) to develop and test concepts with a view to rolling them out across the network where appropriate.
Key Priorities for the Role
- Deliver a consistent, world‑class customer experience to bring the Woolworths brand to life in our bricks and mortar stores.
- Use data, customer insights and an understanding of purchase decision‑making to constantly evolve, develop and improve customer communication in our stores.
- Enable the highest standard of in‑store execution and nationwide consistency across the network, inclusive of legal compliance and price ticketing.
- Drive ongoing innovation to accurately reflect the business strategy.
- Champion the use of sustainable printing practices and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and manage key external relationships (e.g., with print suppliers) to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
Your Specific Experience Will Likely Reflect
Shopper marketing and print production experience.Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to enable close collaboration with marketing campaign owners, the Operations team and Category managers.A process‑driven and detailed approach to project management.Good verbal and written communication skills.A curious and innovative mind.What You’ll Experience
