National Manager Property Projects

Are you a seasoned project leader with a passion for delivering property projects alongside a range of stakeholders?

We're looking for an experienced leader to lead a recently established team, shaping how we deliver property projects across our nationwide portfolio.

This is a pivotal role where you'll define delivery approaches, provide technical leadership, and support both internal and external project managers to achieve great outcomes.

Key experience and attributes we're seeking : A tertiary qualification in a design, construction, engineering or project management-related discipline

• years of senior-level experience delivering large-scale property projects within complex, distributed organisations

In-depth understanding of commercial property legislation, regulatory compliance, and health, safety, and security standards

Experience managing or supporting technical, multi-disciplinary teams in a national or regional delivery context

Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

Strong leadership capability with a track record of leading cross-functional project teams and fostering a culture of excellence

Excellent risk management skills and sound judgment in high-stakes environments

A collaborative and adaptable style — someone who connects people, builds trust, and drives momentum
