Based in Tauranga's Accessible Properties OfficeAbout the roleAccessible Properties is seeking a Tenant Service Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our tenants.
You'll provide friendly and inclusive support via phone, email, and in person—managing maintenance requests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants and internal teams.
This role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating tenant communications, and providing administrative support to deliver a seamless and accessible service for all tenants.You'll also play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating tenant communications, and providing administrative support that contributes to a seamless, compliant, and accessible service for all tenants—no matter where they live.
What you will bringExperience : 2-3 years in administrative or customer service roles, ideally within housing or property.
Experience leading a customer service team is a bonus!
Customer Focus : Exceptional service and interpersonal skills, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.Communication : Clear and confident verbal and written communication with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.Technical Skills : Proficient in Excel and experienced with databases or facilities management systems.Teamwork & Resilience : A calm, collaborative problem-solver who manages priorities effectively under pressure.What's in it for you?
