At Hilton Auckland, our Food & Beverage team plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafés.

We are currently seeking a Barista who will also support general Food & Beverage Attendant duties across our outlets.

What will I be doing?

As a Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, while also contributing to the wider food and beverage service across the hotel.

Your responsibilities will include :

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining knowledge of outlet menus, including seasonal offerings and promotions

Keeping your service area clean, organised, and well-stocked

Supporting food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service

Receiving orders and serving guest requests across various outlets

Efficiently managing guest transactions and account settlements

Answering guest queries in a friendly and helpful manner

Assisting with setup, pack-down, and general service duties as required

Experience in preparing espresso-based beverages and maintaining coffee equipment

A neat and tidy appearance with pride in presentation

Basic knowledge of food hygiene, drink service (including alcoholic beverages), and complaint handling

Familiarity with electronic ordering systems, POS operations, and cash handling
