We're building a high-energy Front of House team to bring the vibe, serve up great food and drinks, and make sure every guest walks away with a smile.

Available Roles

We're hiring for the following Front of House positions :

Customer Service Crew – the all-rounders who help keep the good times rolling! You’ll be welcoming guests, managing the bowling lanes, arcade prize area, and golf simulator counter, assisting with general guest services, and stepping up as a party host to ensure functions and birthdays run smoothly and memorably.

Wait Staff – the friendly faces on the floor delivering great table service, recommending menu items, and making every dining experience one to remember.

Bartenders – the behind-the-bar superstars mixing drinks, pouring pints, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere in our sports bar.

(Or you might be keen on a mix of all three!)

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be :

• Greeting and engaging with guests to make them feel at home
• Delivering attentive, upbeat service across the venue – from restaurant to bar to games
• Serving food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a smile
• Managing guest activity areas like the bowling lanes, arcade, prize counter, and golf simulators
• Hosting parties and functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have a blast
• Mixing and serving drinks (for bartender roles), including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic options
• Recommending menu and drink options confidently
