About the roleThe Bar and Front of House Manager is a crucial role at Rangiora RSA, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and front of house functions.
This full-time position is based in Rangiora, Canterbury and will involve managing a team of bar and hospitality staff to provide an exceptional customer experience.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of bar and hospitality staff, including scheduling, training and performance managementEnsure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the bar and front of houseManage bar stock, inventory and ordering to optimise efficiency and profitabilityDevelop and implement procedures and policies to streamline operationsHandle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and growthMaintain compliance with all relevant licensing, health and safety regulationsRequirementsSignificant experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within the hospitality industryProven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer serviceStrong financial management skills, including experience in inventory control and cost optimisationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers, staff and managementThorough understanding of licensing, health and safety regulations in the hospitality sectorPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiencesWhat we offerAt Rangiora RSA, we pride ourselves on providing a dynamic and supportive work environment.
