Working as a valuable member of the housekeeping team, performing tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisors.

It is your duty to make sure that clean linen is gathered and fully stocked for the housekeeping team, that hallways are tidy and free of rubbish and used linen, and ensure that the hotel is always kept in pristine condition.Responsibilities | Nga haepapaWork to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygieneEnsure fresh linen is available for Room Attendants at all timesMaintain the cleanliness of public areasAttend to public bathrooms and replenish bathroom products (e.g. soap, hand lotion)Report any technical issues and maintenance needsTo provide a warm friendly welcome every time you come into contact with a guest and assist with directions if needed Ensure that the storeroom is kept neat & tidy at all times Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to H&S regulations and hotel requirementsRequirementsAbout you | Ko koe tenei Available to work a minimum of 20 hours flexibly across a rostered working week (Including weekends and public holidays) Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential Takes pride in work and has exceptional attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure, spot and resolve problems efficiently Willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards Valid Right to Work in NZ BenefitsHe kura te tangata - We are all valued As an employer of choice, we offer great employee benefits like life insurance, outstanding health and wellbeing programmes and discounts on hotels, restaurants, bars and spas across our network - not just for you, but in some cases your friends and family too!
