Overview

IHF Health Club is seeking two motivated and professional individuals to join our Client Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and well-established health and fitness facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience for members and guests.
• Manage reception operations including membership queries, sales, tours and class bookings.
• Maintain presentation standards throughout the club, including cleaning and resetting communal spaces.
• Support daily-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Shifts and Hours

Shifts : 2x Evening Shifts per week (7 hours total)

Hours : 4 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm

Days : Set weekday shifts (Monday to Friday)

Additional Hours : Opportunities to pick up extra shifts when available.
