About the opportunity :

We are seeking a Solicitor with experience and interest in Property and Private Client matters to join our Property and Business Advisory team in Ōtautahi Christchurch.

You will collaborate with senior team members to advise clients on property law services, including sales, purchases, leasing, financing, subdivisions, and development for residential and rural properties.

You will also have the opportunity to learn and provide guidance on asset planning and protection, including structuring asset ownership, forming and administering trusts, overseeing property acquisitions and sales, and addressing related personal matters.

What we are looking for :

The successful applicant will have 2+ years PQE experience, proven technical ability, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll also understand the importance of excellence in client service and appreciate the value of relationships, both within and outside of the Firm.
