As our New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the New Vehicle Sales Team.
This role blends operations, administration, and customer care to ensure everything runs seamlessly from the moment a vehicle is ordered, right through to when it is in our Showroom ready to be handed over to one of our wonderful customers.
You'll be the "go-to" person who keeps the process moving — coordinating vehicles, managing timelines, communicating across departments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Every detail you take care of contributes to an outstanding experience for our customers when they pick up their brand-new Toyota.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities : Track and update spreadsheets and different platforms regarding vehicle movement.
Creating and maintain daily reports, raising any concerns with the New Vehicle Sales Manager.
Communicate vehicle timelines, transport, and documentation with relevant departments.
Meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Stock in New Vehicles and complete profiling with accuracy.
Assist with lease returns and direct deliveries when required.
Manage purchase orders and follow up on unprocessed orders and job cards.
Liaise with departments to support smooth end-of-month processes.
Provide support to the New Vehicle Sales Manager in their absence.
What You'll Bring : Previous coordination, admin, or operational experience (preferred).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
Clear, confident communication across teams.
Willingness to step up and support the wider team when needed.
